Four SEC teams will advance to play in the Super Regionals after winning their regional play. South Carolina, Florida, Vanderbilt and Mississippi State all will advance with Florida and Mississippi State playing each other in Gainesville this weekend.

Vanderbilt will begin play on Friday against Oregon State. The Gators and Bulldogs also begin play Friday. South Carolina will square off Saturday against UCONN in their best 2 out of 3 series.

Everyone was looking for a big rivalry 2 out of 3 with Clemson and South Carolina playing against each other but UCONN rained on that parade with a 14-1 victory over the Tigers in Death Valley Monday night.

The SEC could possibly get 3 teams into the College World Series. They will definetly have one, the winner of the Florida and Mississippi State match up.

Florida looks awful strong right now. The way they have played the last month I would have to say they are the team to beat. But then Vanderbilt has that great pitching staff to go along with some really good players in the field. The Gamecocks experience is really showing now. There guys have beenĀ  through this before and just know how to win.

I look for all 3 to make it to Omaha.
